Now that I'm done with the program, it's time to start my health coaching practice! I'm so excited to offer my clients a partner to help achieve health goals and I'm looking forward to working with people who want to make positive life changes like incorporating more whole foods into their diet.

About my health coaching program:
I can help you on your path to wellness! It all starts with a free consultation. You'll fill out a brief form and we'll chat about your health history and your health goals. Health isn't just about weight or diet and exercise. It's about how you feel and we'll look at the whole picture, from your career and relationships to your contentment.
From there, we'll figure out the best program for you. Often, I'll recommend starting off with a six-month coaching relationship, where we'll meet by phone or in person a couple times a month. The program is 100% tailored to you, so we can meet more often if that's what's right for your goals. When we meet, we'll talk about how I can best support you. I'll make recommendations, hold you accountable to yourself, and introduce you to new foods and habits along the way.
My approach is non-judgmental and is based on my education as well as on my personal health journey. Having lost a hundred pounds (!) by switching to a whole foods, plant-based diet and incorporating more movement into my life, I know that what works for me today might not work for me tomorrow and what works for me might not work for you. We'll talk frankly about what you can do differently in your life to help you feel better and live better.
